More Marvellous March Makes!

It's all happening! We have booked our exhibition for July, sent off advance notices to magazines and the Quilters Guild so now we are really pulling out all the stops to make items to exhibit, or for our sales table and the tombola.
It's really exciting to see the variety of makes at "Show & Tell" each meeting.
Time flies and we need every spare minute we have to create a really worthwhile, creditworthy show.
Members have really risen to the challenge so, well done and thanks to all.
Save the dates and join us for a great welcome at our special event.
Details will remain at the end of each post from now until the show.
Here is another wonderful array for this week.

Pat Mc has nearly finished a really pretty small quilt. Lovely floral fabrics and colour palette.
Two fantastic bags made by Mo. One shopper and one handbag sized.
Jo made several patchwork clocks.
and an apron made from scraps, to wear at the exhibition.
Cushions galore came in and we already have a stock of around 70 towards our target of 100 towards the tombola.
Three from Lorna
From Caroline
From Marie
The next two were made by Jo but the hand embroidered centre panels were kindly donated by a friend's late sister Evelyn.
One panel is Edinburgh Castle.
The other is Shakespeare's birthplace.
Also from Jo, 4 hand stitched hexigon cushions.
Any one for tea and cakes? A great apron made by Caroline
Two lovely table runners from Irene and dozens of super key rings
Marie made lots of small items including these tea cosies, which she modelled with Irene!!! Nice but nutters!

Plant pot pin cushions from Marie will be a real novelty and these two fashionable Rag Bags will suit the trendy young girls.
.
Thank you for dropping in to see all our group has been up to this week and make sure you save the details, below, so you don't miss our July show.
