A bright start for March, by Pat B, with this fabulous, vibrant, quick quilt made from random length 2.5 inch strips and contrasting 2.5 squares. Such a good way to use up remnant fabric with a great result.
Lorna has been really industrious making a great collection of attractive handy bags towards our exhibition sales table.
Joan completed the very first bag she has ever made and showed us this fabulous tote in a really amazing fabric.
Caroline has been doing well making "Rob Peter to Pay Paul" blocks which will be made into cushions for our tombola stall.
Jo has started making cushions from the arrow blocks she made from strip scraps and here's the first one completed.
Jo also started Block of the Week, but really didn't enjoy making them, so this one and only result was made into yet another tombola cushion.
Jo recently found this, long lost panel, half made and has at last finished it. Lots of detail for "Penelope Patchwork" for her crafty trips! Spot the tiny pencil and ruler in her pocket and that bag full of Liberty fabric.
Well done to all group members, keep up the good work. It's only just under 5 months to our exhibition and we need much more lovely makes for it to be a success.
Full details nearer the date but, for now, early details for your future planning;
