Tumbler Quilt and other Makes in May.

Veronica completed a lovely Tumblers Quilt, her very first quilt, and quite proudly brought it into the group to show everyone and she requested that we give thanks to two special people .
The super range of fabric she used was donated by two dear elderly ladies who live near our meeting place, who used to be avid quilters. Now that they are sadly no longer in good enough health to sew, they contacted the group and generously offered us all their fabric and equipment to share between our members.
It was all very well received and has been put to good use as can be seen here.

Cute little elephants from Debbie, for sale at next week's exhibition.
A warm welcome to our latest member, Marie, who has made this raggy seamed patchwork bag to bring her things to the group.
We have a waiting list so Marie has waited quite some time to join us and we really hope she will enjoy being a member.
Two lovely little cuddly teddies from Marj....
Lorna made some fabulous bunting for a special little girl in her family.
It was a bumper show and tell this week with members finishing items for next weeks exhibition so I will post more results over a few days. Just keep popping back!
Thanks for visiting Cornerstone Quilters!
