Second meeting of the year and the cushions are bouncing in as all our members practice this block on spare fabric before venturing on to make their next sets for our group quilt. As a result the practice blocks haven't been wasted and have been made into these lovely cushions for our tombola stall.
It's a fabulous way to show how different the same block looks just by changing colours and fabrics.
Sue will be taking a holiday soon and she has prepared a pack to take along for a little hand sewing. Seeing how tiny some of the pieces are "Little" is certainly the key word!
